Particularly the transmission of control commands for remote-controlled mobile units requires an excellent operating distance, a high level of sensitivity to disturbances and above all a possibly low delay time during data transmission. For this purpose, private data radio connections with low calculable delay times are the first choice.

1. The user presses a button to ask for a spare part.
2. The software receives and processes the request and forwards the request to an optimally placed forklift.
3. The forklift operator receives the message with the part number of the spare part, storage location and intended place of use.
