Providing our customers the optimal service quality requires a variety of actions. Certification according to ISO 9001:2000 just forms the basis and thus is a control instrument for qualifying employees and for motivating them to encounter our customer partnerships with quality, competence, creativity and reliability.
Availability
Apart from a comprehensive standard range available from stock as well, we deliver various individual components and solutions. Therefore, it is impossible to deliver everything from stock. However, the most important basic principle is a transparent communication structure, so the customer knows by return when he may receive the goods or the service. Modern media such as Internet and e-mail in addition to established telephone and fax provide for a 24/7/365 service and we try to carry out everything as soon as possible within our fixed service hours.

Welotec demands meeting the requirements of its customers in every respect. In order to guarantee a constant quality of our performance, our employees are permanently trained and educated in their respective fields to maintain and expand our quality of products, service and consultancy.

Safety
Day-to-day, our customers entrust us with their business processes and data. This is why we are aware of the sensitivity of data and protect it by the safety of our EDC-systems. Moreover, we subject our partners as well as ourselves to regular additional audits.
